- President
- Sets and enforces deadlines, coordinates the team's schedule around fundraisers, and is the main point of contact with our Board of Directors. Responsible for making sure we hit our fundraising goals.
- Fundraising Coordinator
- Comes up with fundraising ideas and reaches out to local businesses to set up partnerships and lock in fundraiser dates.
- Treasurer
- Manages our funds and sets the budget for each fundraiser. Decides how much we can donate to our partner schools while keeping enough in reserve for upcoming events.
- Secretary
- Takes notes at every meeting, keeps track of decisions and action items, and keeps a record of every transaction for our books.
- Social Media Manager
- Runs our Instagram, posts about fundraisers, donation days and the website, and grows our reach so more people find out about our work.
